Victoria

Adrian lowers me to my feet. I undo his shirt, and he kisses my forehead tenderly each time I release a button. Taking hold of the shoulders of the fabric, I peel it off of his contoured muscles.

Smiling at him, I lift my arms in the air, and he grabs my tank to pull it over my head. Lust is swimming in his eyes as he palms my breasts and watches his own thumbs circle my hardened nipples.

My head falls back from the pleasure that is grinding every nerve beneath my skin. I moan, and take steps until I feel the back of my thighs hit his massive bed.

I fall backward onto it, and Adrian goes to work, removing my sweats and panties. He strips off the rest of his clothes, and I move to the center of the bed.

Climbing over my body, he gazes down at me while his hands hold him up. I trace a white scar on his flexed bicep.

“There are still parts of you that are a mystery to me.”

“I only want you to know the parts that will make you happy,” he says. Lips touch my temple and then my cheek.

“But I already fell in love with your personality, which is made up of all the parts, including the flawed ones,” my fingers graze the dark hair of his chest, “and I’ve never been happier, Adrian. Never.”

Kissing me, he conveys his love with fierce affection. Dropping his weight to one forearm, his hand embarks on a journey, and it’s my body making the discovery of pleasure as his fingers explore. They graze and tease, then caress and stroke.

“Come hard, baby.”

My moans only intensify his touch, which brings me to a dizzying orgasm. His rigid cock slips right into my wetness, and I arch my back, allowing him to go farther.

With the tilt of my head, his teeth take hold of my lower lip. It is dragged between his teeth as his eyes remain glued on mine.

I don’t know where his control comes from. He’s calculating in his slow movement. His cock buries deeply before his strong hips I’m gripping move backward, gradually raking his cock along my sensitive flesh.

“My pearl.” Fingers touch my face, and steady eyes relay I can count on him. “I love you.”

“I love you, too, Adrian.”

The pleasure builds and builds until it’s rippling through me. He freezes and finally closes his eyes and groans as the ecstasy seizes both of us.

Rolling off of me, he pulls me against his chest.

“Is your head OK?”

“Yes, and that was amazing.”

His lips kiss my hair and stay there while our pounding hearts seesaw. I burrow my fingers into his chest hair and play with it. “Did you have a good day?” I ask.

He swallows. “No, but like always, seeing you made it better. I uh, I talked to my sister.”

Propping myself on my elbow, I look at him.

“How did that go?”

“My mom is ill. She called to tell me.”

My hand finds his chest again, and I feel the rapid beating of his heart. “You don’t mean like the flu, do you?”

“Brain cancer. My mother is dying.”

“Adrian, I’m so sorry. Is there anything the doctors can do?”

“They can prolong her life with treatment, but there is no cure. The problem is she’s refusing chemotherapy, and Agatha doesn’t know what to do. I’m flying there next week to try to convince Denise.”

Adrian cups my cheek. “I want more than anything to take you with me, but I believe she will only become more paranoid if I bring someone she’s never met before.”

“I wish there was something I could do to help.”

“God, you’re already doing it, Victoria. I was losing sight as to why I was even living, and then you appeared. You’re the purpose for my every breath and make me want to right my wrongs. You’re the only reason I spoke to Agatha. You gave me hope again.”

Turning my face, I kiss his hand. “You’ve made my heart open up for others, too. I didn’t believe that was possible.”

Abruptly, I’m on my back, and his steamy body covers mine. “Just remember these lips and legs of yours open for no one but me. You’re mine, and I won’t share.”

“Yes, Sir.”

“Damn, those two words fit nicely in your vocabulary. I hope to hear them again and again.” His head dips, and teeth latch onto my nipple.

“Yes, Sir.” A whimper follows my words, and the combination has a growl roaring from his chest.

Wrapping his hand around both of mine, he brings my wrists over my head and holds them there. We get lost in our passion, which is obviously what Adrian needs.

Pleasure becomes the only item on the menu for the evening.

Chapter Eleven

Simon

The strip club is slammed, even for a Saturday night, so it’s cool we’ll have our own private room shortly. There are several of us here tonight. Zev invited six of his buddies to celebrate his birthday with him.

I’m with my friend, Kruse, and Noah Sanders is with us, too. I would have rather not included him, but Zev says it’s necessary to help forge a bond with the guy. I’ve spent enough time with him to realize he possesses an evil side. The dude gives me the creeps.

“Lollipop” by Lil Wayne is playing over the speakers. Appropriate for a strip club, except I’ve yet to get a blow job in one. That’s alright, though. I’ve had my share of tugs and sucks from strippers after their shifts have ended.

This joint knows they better provide us the hottest chicks tonight. A handful begin their seductive prowl over to us, and we’ll take the best ones to the private room with us later.

A woman literally falls onto my lap when she is given a push from behind by a fellow stripper. Her hand slams onto my dick. “Shit, I’m not going to need to be here if you smash my junk!”

“Sorry,” she utters in a whine as she snatches her hand away. Even over the music, I hear the guys laughing. I glance over to them.

“Fuck off, guys,” I say before I turn my head back to the woman hovering over my lap.

“Holy–fucking–shit.” Her eyes, which were casted downward, flip up and widen upon seeing me. Her body freezes and bottom lip trembles.

In my wildest dreams, I could have envisioned this. Absolutely. In real life–never. I glance around us before I nervously stare into her eyes. “Sadie, what the hell are you doing working here?”

The corner of her lip drags beneath her teeth, and it takes only seconds to see the fear claim this poor girl. “Is this your first time doing this?”

Her head nods and tears appear. Dammit, this night was supposed to be worry free.

“What’s wrong over there, Jersey? Got a newbie? I will happily take her off your hands,” Noah says before he chuckles. I glance over to him, but he’s not looking at me.

His eyes are surveying Sadie’s body, and the rush of jealousy I’m overcome with catches me off-guard. I’ve never given a flying fuck about sharing a woman, but even knowing the thoughts he’s having about her right now makes me want to kick his ass.

“You,” he says, pointing a finger at her while brushing off the stripper dancing over him, “come over here.” I’m not letting him near Sadie. He’ll crush her soul.

I look back into her anxious eyes. She must have contacts in tonight, and her bluish, green eyes are stunning. “No, she’s not going anywhere,” I say loudly, never breaking eye contact with her.

I know better than to look over at Noah. I’ve already learned that he doesn’t like the word “no,” and he won’t appreciate this. I don’t understand why, but the need to protect Sadie is my utmost priority.

“Thank you,” she mouths, or maybe she whispers it. It’s too noisy to hear, but with my eyes glued on her scarlet lips, I didn’t miss what she was expressing.

Lana Del Ray’s song “Burning Desire” begins to play, and I cup this sweet girl’s hips. “Feel the music, Sadie. Move with my hands, so I can talk to you, OK?”

She nods nervously again and can’t help but close her eyes. Her pouty lips part as she inhales deeply, and I notice she didn’t injure my dick whatsoever when she fell onto me. Just like she’s figured out what to do with her shapely body, my hard cock knows how to react to it.

My left hand feels the pressure from her hip as she sways to the right, bumping against it. White-hot coals could be at the core of her curves, and I’m certain I would leave my palms there to experience the burn.

Since her eyes are closed, I let mine behold the sight of her gorgeous figure moving provocatively above me. Round tits hover not even a foot away, but enough of them are still hidden under a shiny, silver bikini top.

Her matching bottoms are held on by bows on each side, and I imagine us completely alone, my thumbs slipping through the circles and pulling them free.

Completely alone.

I don’t want her stripping in front of another man.

“Sadie,” I say. Her eyes fly open, and she stops moving. I shake my head no, and nudge her to continue with her movement while somewhat wishing I hadn’t brought her back to the place it’s obvious she doesn’t want to be. “Why are you doing this?” I ask.

“It will sound like a lame excuse.”

“Tell me.”

Her chest dips dramatically, and she bites the inside of her cheek the way I’ve seen her sister do. “I need money to pay for grad school, but isn’t that every stripper’s excuse for taking their clothes off?”

“Actually, no. I’ve talked with many who enjoy it and are not doing it to pay for college. Are you only nervous since it’s your first time, or do you regret this already?”

She doesn’t have to say or mouth anything. The tears returning to her bluish-green eyes tell it all, and I–I feel bad for her.

This doll doesn’t deserve the shame she is allowing herself to wallow in. I knew she wasn’t where she belonged the second I discovered her in my lap, and it’s why I was shocked.

A tear drops onto her cheek and trickles downward along her flawless skin. Every speck of it is shimmering in the dim light, and I cannot recall ever noticing this many details about a stripper before.

Can Sadie even be called a stripper? Technically, she hasn’t removed an article of clothing, and I don’t want her to. Not here, anyway.

“Sadie, go home.” I say this more aggressively than I probably should have, and her eyes grow rounder.

“Do you not like how I look? Am I that terrible at this?”

Jesus Christ
, this chick has no idea just how incredible she is. Grabbing her waist, I lean in closer to her.

“You’re gorgeous, Sadie, but you don’t belong here.”

She scrunches her forehead and shakes her head at me.

“I’m not a quitter.”

Glancing around, I notice the bouncer nearby is distracted, so I bring Sadie’s hands together and clutch them between us. “This moment shouldn’t have happened to begin with.”

“I have to at least finish my shift.”

Letting her go, I rub my forehead. How does she think she’s pulling that off? They’re never going to let her stay if she refuses to perform.

“Bro,” Zev says, leaning his head over toward me, “it’s time to make this party private.”

Private.

I smile at Sadie. “I have an idea. Can I pay you to be my personal dancer the rest of your shift?”

A faint smile curves from her lips, and she looks away shyly. “That’s sweet of you, but I can’t expect you to only pay attention to me. Isn’t the point of this so you can see women strip?”

“Yeah, but I have a killer imagination. I can put it to work for one night.” I grin at her, and the lightness that fills her eyes as relief washes over her makes me feel all kinds of crazy good.

I don’t know what has gotten into me, but I’m hell bent on Sadie keeping her damn clothes on and dancing on top of no other man but me.

Grasping Sadie’s fingers in mine, I begin walking toward the private room. Noah is purposely waiting behind and holds his hand out for us to go before him.

I slide my arm around Sadie’s waist and shift her more in front of me. She stumbles a bit in her spiked heels, and I shake my head. Aside from her sensational body, the girl does not belong here.

The room we enter is dimly lit with pink and purple bulbs. Long, white leather sofas are built into two walls, and there are also a couple of free-standing white chairs.

I go to one of them immediately, which will give Sadie and me the most privacy. My brain is working overtime, thinking of all possible scenarios that could potentially remove her from my care tonight. I’m not letting that happen.

Sadie

My heart is thundering in my chest as I follow Simon to a chair. He takes a seat, and wearing an infectious grin, he pats his leg with a hand.

His attractiveness and take charge attitude is intimidating. He seems experienced at this, and I’m not whatsoever. I sit on his thighs and glance around the room, watching the other strippers.

One straddles a guy and begins dancing. Another is laughing it up with a couple of them. When I glance back to Simon, he’s staring at me hard. He has a knack for this.

“What can I get you to drink?” a waitress asks him.

“What do you like, Sadie?”

“Uh, I don’t know.”

“Bring her a cosmo, and I want a water.”

“I’ve never had one of those.” His gaze is still drinking me in, adding to my insecurity. “So, Victoria told me you run Submission with your brothers. That’s pretty impressive.”

“Thank you. I mainly oversee one of the bars and a poker lounge.”

“Still, no small feat. And thank you for all the repairs to my car.”

Wrapping a hand around my thigh, he squeezes it.

“Funny you’re thanking me after what I did to you that night.”

Unable to handle his gorgeous smile, I look away.

“I guess you’re right, but you still fixed my car when you didn’t have to, and I know it was expensive.”

He turns my chin toward him. “You shouldn’t drive in something that unsafe. You could’ve ended up badly hurt that night it broke down.”

I’m smiling now. “You mean someone might’ve done something worse to me than kidnapping.”

“Let me make something clear. I never would’ve hurt you. Never. Someone else could’ve stopped who would have.” His eyes are wells of blackness, but the way they hold mine make his point crystal clear.

“Oddly, I believe you.” The waitress hands me my drink. “Please don’t tell Victoria about tonight. She would kill me.” I swallow a generous amount of the sweet cocktail.

“Your secret is safe with me.” His fingers brush hair off my shoulder, and I become aware of how exposed my body is. A curl wraps around his finger, and he studies it.

I take another drink and set it down next to his water.

“Why aren’t you drinking?”

“I, uh, want to ensure your innocence is preserved tonight.”

“Who said I’m innocent?”

His gaze on my curls is broken by my words. His eyes flit to mine, and a hunger surfaces. Wrapping an arm around my thighs, he pulls me toward him.

Sliding down his lap, I squeal and fall against his chest in the comfy chair. His thumb presses into the cleft of my chin, and he bores his lustful eyes at mine. “I’m kissing you.”

“You’re not supposed to here.”

“Do you want me to kiss you, Sadie?”

“Yes,” I whisper as his breath coats my lips. He wets his before they land on mine gently. His fingers around my shoulder massage my hair.

Lips faintly touch mine three times before he’s forcing my mouth open. Lord, his tongue. It caresses mine as if he knows exactly the path it would take.

College guys who have kissed me seemed clumsy or too eager, but not Simon. He’s self-assured and noticeably experienced.

I’m way out of my league, so I panic and pull away, which is typical when I’m not feeling like I’m excelling at something. He doesn’t appear concerned by my retreat as he smiles at me. “Innocent.”

“Why do you think that?”

“I had to go after your tongue, doll, and you’re trembling.”

Geez. I look away from him. He’s hot as sin, every word off his tongue seductive and smooth like honey.

“Uh, I need to use the ladies room.” I’m off of his lap in a blink of an eye and stumble a step in my heels. I regain my composure and stroll toward the door, trying to exhibit a confidence I know I’m lacking.
